Dear Mr. President...

ALL of the students have finished composing letters to President Obama and/or his family.  Their letters ranged in content from asking about what school is like for Sasha and Malia (by Qawiyya), to giving suggestions on how to become more self-sufficient as a nation (Aliyy), to simply sharing that one's favorite number is 3 because she is 3 years old (Naabiah), to saying, "Thank you for being our president.  I love you" (Ayana). 

Understanding that the President receives many letters on a daily basis, the students' aim was to make their letters "stand out" by decorating the envelopes.  We patiently await a response!
