Eating Dirt!

As a Spring tradition, the children enjoyed "eating dirt!"  The "dirt" was created by using a rolling pin to crush Oreo cookies and laying it over chocolate mousse...but "dirt" isn't complete without flowers and worms!  To add a finishing touch to the "dirt dessert", an artificial flower and gummy worms were added.  What a tasty way to start a new season!
