To practice proper etiquette, the children were served a 5-course meal at the 'family restaurant' Chez LaBrae which consisted of a Soup de la Jour (of the day), Ceasar Salad, Garlic Breadstix, and for the entree, Chicken Parmagiana served over whole wheat noodles. The dinner was topped off with a brownie a la mode. Before enjoying the delectible meal, the children were taught how to set the table properly and which utensils to use and when to use them. Table manners were also re-enforced. It goes without saying, etiquette has never tasted so good!
