Pointillism-Pencil and Paper Style!

After learning information about artists such as Georges Seurat, Henri Matisse, Vincent van Gogh and Helen Frankenthaler, the students examined the difference between abstract and concrete art. Afterwards, the students created their own pieces of artwork using Seurat's style of pointillism and Matisse's style of "painting with scissors", or paper collages.  Their artwork was 'Wond-ART-ful!'
